Duration: Total of 3 sessions
- (3) 60 minute consultations with Coach Tim
Mechanics:
- Your initial session will be done via video call with Coach Tim via the platform of your choice
- Follow-up schedule will be on every 4th week of your plan
Initial Session Flow:
- Nutrition Periodization (planning) in phases to optimize training results
- Discussion of key indicators (weight, inches, body fat, muscle mass, visuals)
- Education (technical) and Execution (tactical) for long term knowledge and strategies that are feasible to your current situation and environment
- Emailed professional feedback with action points and resources sent to your email after the session within one to two business days
Follow-up Session Flow:
- Indicator discussion and assessment of results based on data gathered
- Troubleshooting technical or tactical problems encountered
- Dietary progressions depending on results
- Professional recommendations and suggestions based on identified problems
