Duration: 30 days
Mechanics:
- Upon purchase Coach Dwight will contact you personally for an initial consult schedule
- Your check-ins will be done ad-hoc (when necessary or needed) available any time or day in the week
- Consultation topics and scope may include everything from fat loss, muscle gain, injury management, and everything you need to reach peak performance.
Initial Session Flow:
- Discussion of goals with long-term and short-term planning and breakdown
- Discussion of key indicators (feelings of well-being, performance, recovery)
- Education (technical) and Execution (tactical) for long term knowledge and strategies that are feasible to your current situation and environment
- Emailed professional feedback with action points and resources sent to your email after the session within one to two business days
Weekly Check-Ins:
- Monitoring of how the training program feels and accountability
- Small tweaks in plan as needed
- Troubleshooting technical or tactical problems encountered
- Professional recommendations and suggestions based on identified problems
