Athlete’s Training Program


This is a monthly retainer for Coach Dwight (Strength and Conditioning).

Duration: 30 days


  • Upon purchase Coach Dwight will contact you personally for an initial consult schedule
  • Your check-ins will be done ad-hoc (when necessary or needed) available any time or day in the week
  • Consultation topics and scope may include everything from fat loss, muscle gain, injury management, and everything you need to reach peak performance.

Initial Session Flow:

  1. Discussion of goals with long-term and short-term planning and breakdown
  2. Discussion of key indicators (feelings of well-being, performance, recovery)
  3. Education (technical) and Execution (tactical) for long term knowledge and strategies that are feasible to your current situation and environment
  4. Emailed professional feedback with action points and resources sent to your email after the session within one to two business days

Weekly Check-Ins:

  1. Monitoring of how the training program feels and accountability
  2. Small tweaks in plan as needed
  3. Troubleshooting technical or tactical problems encountered
  4. Professional recommendations and suggestions based on identified problems
